1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, and recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time period will result in account suspension.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must promptly notify 1333bk of any changes to your registered details by contacting support.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. You must not share your Account access with any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify 1333bk immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. While 1333bk will investigate all such reports and take reasonable steps to protect your Account, we cannot accept liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security, including losses resulting from a compromised device or shared login details.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

1333bk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment channels listed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few minutes to a maximum of 24 hours, subject to verification checks. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional identity verification is required.

• Match fixing: Any participation in or knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed is a serious criminal matter and will be reported immediately to the relevant sporting and law enforcement bodies.
• Exploiting software errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical error, glitch, or misconfigured odds to place bets at incorrect prices. 1333bk reserves the right to void any bets placed under such circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property
